We answer calls for  three traveline regions. These are companies formed between local authorities and transport providers to answer timetable enquiries.

 

South West Traveline

Call answering on behalf of the county councils of Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Gloucestershire along with the Unitary authorities of Plymouth,Poole, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Torbay, Bristol, and CUBA (counties which used to be Avon!). In addition First Group, Stagecoach and all other Bus and Train Operators in the region pay us to answer calls on their behalf.

Call Volume: Around 600,000 per annum

           

South East Traveline
Call answering on behalf of the county councils of West and East Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex. Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire along with the Unitary authorities of  Brighton, Southend, Thurrock, Wokingham, Bracknell, Windsor, Reading , West Berkshire, Slough, Luton and Milton Keynes. In addition First Group, Stagecoach, Arriva, Go Ahead and all other Bus and Train Operators in the region pay us to answer calls on their behalf.

Call Volume: Around 450,000 per annum

 

East Midlands Traveline

In the East Midlands we work for, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and Rutland. We also answer public transport calls for the Unitary authorities of Peterborough, Derby, Nottingham North Lincolnshire and Leicester. In addition Trent Barton, Stagecoach, Arriva and all other Bus and Train Operators in the region pay us to answer calls on their behalf.

Call Volume: Around 320,000 per annum

           

Wiltshire County Council
We manage the counties demand responsive services, which is to say flexible buses that for part of their route need to be booked.

Call Volume: Around 60,000 per annum

 

Gloucestershire County Council
We manage the counties demand responsive services, and operate a community transport helpline.

Call Volume: Around 30,000 per annum

 

Cornwall County Council
We manage two demand responsive services the county

Call Volume: Around 20,000 per annum
