Traveline is a national organisation that operates on a single number and is promoted on almost every bus stop in the UK and associated paper timetables. We answer all the calls.

Customer Services

Designing systems for the management of Customer Service contacts from scratch. Provide training and assisting in implementation. Optionally we can manage all customer contacts. Providing clear, attractive, on-line reports on all activity.

Wiltshire Demand Responsive

Since 2004 we have managed the Demand Responsive bus that Wiltshire operates in the Vale of Pewsey. The services provide door to door transport for anyone living, working and visiting these areas.

Cumbria Transport Data

Ferries, bus and trains, we co-ordinate all the timetable data and prepare it for output to stakeholders in standard ATCO/CIF/XML files. Two or three times a week we upload new or corrected datasets into the National Traveline database.

Wild West Net

Until 2016 we provided a large geographic area with wireless broadband. We installed and maintined the network and also managed the customer service.
